Refunds and cancellation
Last updated 20 October 2026.
This website does not charge a card and cannot issue a charge or a refund by itself. The note below describes how a paid MQuant plan is meant to work if you later buy access through Paddle, the merchant of record.
1. Look before you pay
The product description includes a seven-day look at the fuller notebook, up to 10 runs a day, without a card. That look is the intended way to decide whether the interface is useful before any subscription starts.
2. Who charges the card
A paid order is placed with Paddle, not with the individual who writes these notes. Paddle’s buyer terms and receipt govern the payment, tax, and the mechanics of a refund. The operator does not see or store the card number.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel a subscription so that it does not renew. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid. It does not, by itself, refund the current period. The control for cancellation is in the Paddle customer portal linked from the receipt, or by email to [email protected] if you cannot open that portal.
4. When a refund is considered
Write to [email protected] within 14 days of the first charge for a plan if the notebook was materially unusable: it would not load for reasons on the operator’s side, or the features listed for that plan were not available at all. Include the email used at checkout and the approximate date.
The operator will ask Paddle to refund that first charge when the request fits this note. Paddle executes the refund to the original payment method. Timing depends on Paddle and the card issuer.
Renewals, partial months of ordinary use, and disagreement with a probability sketch are not refund reasons. A sketch can be silent, delayed, or unprofitable to follow; that is how the notebook is described, not a defect.
5. Rights that stay in place
If the law where you live gives you a cancellation or refund right that cannot be waived, that right still applies. This note does not replace it. Mandatory consumer rights sit alongside Paddle’s buyer terms.
